Order Preparation and Delivery
We guarantee that all products offered in our online store are prepared in compliance with strict quality control and food safety standards.
Products are packaged appropriately and under insulated conditions to maintain the cold chain. Orders are shipped via express transport to ensure the fastest possible delivery, as these are perishable products that must arrive in optimal condition for consumption.
Delivery of Orders
Orders will be delivered on the date and to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Delivery areas include the entire Iberian Peninsula, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Upon delivery, the customer or a designated recipient must sign to confirm receipt and acceptance of the order.
PESQUERÍAS LUBIMAR S.L. shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Likewise, the company shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the courier’s control, including public holidays or areas where delivery services are unavailable.
Should technical issues prevent compliance with delivery times, PESQUERÍAS LUBIMAR S.L. will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery date.
PESQUERÍAS LUBIMAR S.L. assumes no liability for delays in delivery that are not directly attributable to the company or that result from force majeure.
Shipping Costs
Shipping throughout mainland Spain is included in the price of the selected product.
